Customer Feedback Analysis

Problem: Client wanted to analyse customer feedback in form of product reviews in real-time. It was observed that reviews were very qualitative and feature specific.
Proposal: In order to truly derive value, we suggested a feature specific sentiment extractor which maintained provenance to source reviews to ensure all metrics could be drilled down to underlying content.
Solution: Using Disquery, our extensible NLP Analytics engine, we built our scalable feature extractor, feature specific sentiment extractor, a loyalty detector and more. An interactive dashboard was designed to serve goals of marketing, product management and support teams.
